Low price and quite comfortable room, free (often overloaded) wi-fi, it is easy to park your car all around the building
First of all it has to be said: we had a reservation for the geotanya, but when arrived we has been moved to another hotel "the palms", probably quite better, but there was an evident lack of communication. The wi-fi often is not working as it should, one of the two room we take has a bathroom with no window, nor a fan or any other air changer solution.

The whole hotel is maned with only one person around the clock, who of coarse is acting like a receptionist and can not do other things. Actual it is not a hotel rather it is an apartment building, where when booking we were promised : 1-full air conditioned apartment, yet we found that the air condition is only in one room, while the rest of the apartment is not. 2- Free WiFi, where you have to go on the street to be able to pick the free WIFI of the neighbors, that is how they define free WiFi. 3- The extra children beds, were found out to be a sofa, with very bad structure to give you a backache. 4- water was cut from the toilets several times, and some time during the night till the next morning, and me and my family had to shower in another room that the receptionist opened for us, where I discovered that we were almost the only residents of the hotel. 5- The last night the rooms was used by the cleaning staff but was not cleaned.

We had a lovely time during our romantic escape. The pool was delightful and we enjoyed lounging in the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the kitchen in our room allowed us to cook our meals and save money.
We did encounter a few negative aspects during our stay. The air conditioning unit was quite old and noisy, and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was poor, making it difficult to use our electronic devices. we had a good experience but there were a few improvements that could have been made.

The staff was very friendly and very helpfull (phonecalls, arranging things,...). They took the time for a chat. When we needed something, they helped us immediately.
The equipment of the kitchen was a litle bit poor.

The only positive about that "hotel apartment" was the fact that they had a bed in the room to sleep!
1. The refrigerator door was broken, and as u can understand it was hard living in Limassol with 40c and not cold water !! 2. At first we thought that we had a TV in the room...but that was in somehow an illusion...there was a TV but there was no power point to watch TV!!! 3. The door between the bedroom and the living room was broken as well! 4. We found hairs on the pillows! 5. There was only body towel and not face towel. 6. The bathroom was in a terrible state. 7. And about the value of money, very expensive compared to the Facilities!! and as u can understand....NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

Clean and cozy accommodation, helpful and friendly staff, superb location near the beach and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and tidy, with modern and comfortable furniture. We loved the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to cook our meals. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff was always ready to help and provided us with useful tips about places to visit.
Poor Wi-Fi signal in the room, not enough pool loungers available. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and not stable, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel was close to the town centre
The bathroom sink was leaking and it was not fixed before we left, the whole room smelled like a sewer. We found a cockroach in the room.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour. The hotel was also very helpful to accommodate us when we had to ask for a spare bed to be put into our room and only charged us a small amount more and gave us a room upgrade!

Help was always on hand - Bob & Nigel - for any questions/problems. The price is fair.
Cups were not clean. Address was not correct, so difficult to find. I have a friend who lives in Limassol & he had the same problem.
